“Are They Really Ready to Work?” Conference Board Report

One of the reports we reference quite a bit is from The Conference Board, in collaboration with Corporate Voices for Working Families, The Partnership for 21st Century Skills, and The Society for Human Resource Management. They conducted an in-depth study of companies’ perspectives on the readiness of new entrants into the U.S. workforce and the results show critical thinking skills are lacking.
